A 14-day journey built around the restorative dimensions of Sri Lanka – coastal wellness at Tangalle, wildlife observation at Udawalawe, highland walking through Ella and Nuwara Eliya, botanical depth in Kandy, and the ancient Sigiriya landscape. Wellness experiences – yoga, Ayurveda, mindful nature walks – are integrated throughout rather than confined to a single stay.

Day 01 Arrival - Tangalle

Transfer to a wellness resort in Tangalle (or Colombo overnight depending on flight time). Evening beach meditation or yoga. Welcome herbal dinner with locally sourced ingredients. Overnight in Tangalle.

Day 02 Tangalle - Yoga, Mangroves, and Cooking

Sunrise yoga and beach meditation before a locally sourced brunch. Afternoon guided mangrove exploration with a naturalist and interaction with the local fishing community. Evening Sri Lankan cooking experience with a local family. Overnight in Tangalle.

Day 03 Tangalle to Galle

Short drive west to Galle for a morning fort heritage walk and artisan studio visits. Afternoon local village visit for handicrafts and traditional snacks. Sunset beach relaxation. Overnight in Galle.

Day 04 Galle to Udawalawe - Slow Safari

Short drive to Udawalawe for an afternoon slow-paced safari with extended wildlife observation stops focused on elephants and birdlife – unhurried and quiet. Evening guided nature meditation within the lodge surroundings. Overnight in Udawalawe.

Day 05 Udawalawe - Forest Walk, Ayurveda, and Cooking

Morning bamboo forest walk with a naturalist. Afternoon Ayurvedic spa session using locally grown medicinal herbs in a clinical rather than resort context. Organic cooking workshop in the evening. Overnight in Udawalawe.

Day 06 Udawalawe to Ella

Drive from dry zone up into the green highlands. Afternoon tea estate walk with a tasting session. Evening guided yoga session in an outdoor highland setting overlooking the valley. Overnight in Ella.

Day 07 Ella - Little Adam's Peak and Forest Meditation

Morning hike to Little Adam’s Peak at an easy contemplative pace. Brunch at an eco-farm cafe. Afternoon Nine Arches Bridge visit and guided forest meditation. Optional wellness workshop in the evening. Overnight in Ella.

Day 08 Ella to Nuwara Eliya

Drive through the highland landscape to Nuwara Eliya. Afternoon lake walk and colonial garden stroll. Evening tea tasting and mindfulness tea ceremony at the lodge. Overnight in Nuwara Eliya.

Day 09 Horton Plains - World's End and Village Walk

Early morning departure for Horton Plains and the walk to World’s End before the mist closes in. Picnic lunch with locally sourced food on the plateau. Afternoon village walk and optional tea plantation extension. Overnight in Nuwara Eliya.

Day 10 Nuwara Eliya to Kandy

Drive to Kandy. Evening visit to the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic for the puja ceremony. Dinner with traditional Kandyan cuisine. Overnight in Kandy.

Day 11 Kandy - Yoga, Gardens, Spice, and Dance

Morning yoga and meditation session by Kandy Lake. Afternoon slow-paced visit to the Royal Botanical Gardens through the shaded riverside avenues. Hands-on cooking demo at a local spice garden. Optional cultural dance show. Overnight in Kandy.

Day 12 Kandy to Sigiriya

Drive north to Sigiriya. Afternoon options of the rock climb for those who want the active experience, or complete relaxation by the lodge pool or a forest walk for those who prefer rest. Optional evening storytelling and local music with dinner. Overnight in Sigiriya.

Day 13 Sigiriya to Colombo via Kandalama

Morning leisure. Scenic return to Colombo via the Kandalama tank road with a stop for panoramic views across the Cultural Triangle landscape. Overnight in Colombo.

Day 14 Colombo - Wellness Cafe and Farewell

City wellness cafe visit and short market walk. Farewell lunch. Transfer to Bandaranaike International Airport for departure.
